Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan gives you the activity feed, full ride details, and community features — no credit card required. You can stay on Free forever.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings with one click. Your Pro features stay active through the end of your paid period, and we never charge you again.
What is the difference between Pro Monthly and Pro Annual?
Both unlock the full feature set. Pro Annual is $50/year instead of $60 (12 × $5), so you get roughly two months free.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer refunds at our discretion for annual plans cancelled within the first 14 days. Email support@cyclelytic.com and we'll sort it out.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your account and ride history stay intact on the Free plan. Premium analytics views revert to the Free feature set — nothing is deleted.
